Attendance
Attendance is a priority in school. All pupils are expected to achieve 96% per academic year. Pupils whose attendance causes a concern may be subject to a Spotlight Campaign which may lead to a fine or prosecution.

On 12 June 2017, at Birmingham Magistrates Court a parent was successfully prosecuted under the Education Act 1996 Section 444.
The Magistrates imposed a fine of £220, costs of £125 and a victim surcharge of £30; a total of £375.
